Sadhak Store ("we", "us") makes and sells handcrafted devotional figurines at store.sadhak.life. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the care we take with it. Questions? Write to support@sadhak.life.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to send you your figurine and keep you informed:

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
When you join the waitlist: your email address and which upcoming pieces interest you.
Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To process, pack and deliver your order, and to send you an order confirmation.
To contact you about your order if we need to (for example, a delivery question).
If you joined the waitlist, to let you know when a new batch or piece becomes available. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who helps us run the store

We share your information only with the trusted services that make the store work, and only as needed:

Razorpay — securely processes payments.
Supabase — stores order and waitlist records.
Resend — sends order and confirmation emails.
Vercel — hosts the website.

Each of these processes your data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet any legal, tax or accounting requirements. Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email support@sadhak.life and we'll take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from waitlist updates at any time.

Cookies

The store itself doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment processor may set cookies that are strictly necessary to complete a secure transaction.

Children

The store is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
